Life is really about having fun and doing things that make you happy…sometimes we think too much and take ourselves and our lives too seriously…and then we decide not to go for some things because we don’t want to look stupid…if I can remember moments in my life when I was having the most fun, it would certainly be those moments when I allowed myself to be silly…it’s sooo liberating…how about next time when you go grocery shopping and they will be playing your favourite song, you will do a few dance moves or a handstand and just stop worrying about what others may think…:-)
