All Classes Resume Tomorrow + More Info on the Medlow Bath Yoga Studio

Hi beautiful yogis,

My holiday is coming to a close and I genuinely look forward to seeing you all and to moving, playing and laughing together 😊 All the classes resume tomorrow and the schedule stays the same as last year apart from the Wednesday night and Friday morning classes being held in a new yoga studio in Medlow Bath 😍

Wednesday 6-7pm Medlow Bath
Friday 9-10am Medlow Bath
Saturday 9-10am Blackheath (Blackheath Fitness Centre)

The address of the Medlow Bath yoga space is 12 St Albans Road and should be easy to find. Turn right at the lights (in Medlow Bath) if you are coming from Katoomba (or left if coming from Blackheath) and then follow the Railway Parade running parallel with the train line - St Albans Road is the second street to the left and the property is on the left hand side. There is heaps of parking on the street or if you are catching a train, it's an easy 5-minute walk from the station. For the dog lovers 🐕❤️😉, there live three super friendly fur kids on the property roaming free so please shut the timber gate when you go through. From the timber gate, you can walk straight on a narrow path in between little trees which will take you to the yoga studio (little house to the left), or walk around a bit and I am sure you will find your way.
