I think we underestimate sometimes how much impact we have on our lives and lives of others by how we feel in each moment…consciously or unconsciously…by which I don’t mean to say at all that we should censor our emotions, they all have a place in our lives and are an important part of experiencing life fully and learning how to deal with our emotions when they arise…but I feel sometimes we don’t really pay that much attention to who we have become, to how we react, to what makes us happy and unhappy, or we do, but we kind of choose not to be present to it…maybe because it feels easier to be set in our routine and not to put extra effort to just notice how different things make us feel…

I really believe that we attract what we project out there 💛…I believe that being content helps us to make real connections with people who are on the same wavelength in life 🤗, being happy makes us more self-confident and radiant 🌞, it makes us more compassionate and generous 💕, it helps us to make right choices for everything in our life…🌿

I found a quote the other day which I feel in a very intuitive way summarizes what to pay attention to, to be guided in life to our own path…“What’s for you will bring out the best in you, not the worst. That’s how you’ll know.” (by Tracy Mcmillan) 🙏…it can be applied to really everything…to our job, our dreams, our path, our friends, the food we eat, what time we go to bed and wake up…all those things are the choices we are taking each day…even when we are not changing something, we are still choosing it…and they shape our next day, next week, year, our life…they fill our days with kindness, compassion, acceptance and courage or with the opposite…💜
